TrueTumz is a brand of Prisaach Pet Solutions Pvt Ltd. – a pet care company dedicated to creating services and solutions keeping the dog at the center of everything. We put dogs first and that reflects in every decision we take w.r.t products and services.

Creating TrueTumz Treats is the continuation of our endeavour to create best in class offerings for dogs. This is our second offering after our first success – Petfelix dog boarding – the largest and highest rated dog boarding facility in Mumbai.

After observing and handling thousands of dogs over the last 5.5 years, we have developed a good understanding of dog diet, nutritional needs, understanding of different ingredients used in dog snacks etc. We have seen first hand what kind of dog snacks are better drivers for them to play and engage in training and playtime

The Right Intent

In an unregulated dog food industry, it is possible to get away with a lot. Till that time when regulations become strict, it is upon every manufacturer to work with the right intent and create the right products for their “consumers” i.e the dogs and NOT their “customers” i.e the humans who buy the products. Unfortunately, the focus on the humans has lead to misleading marketing, labelling tricks and use of sub-standard ingredients. Biscuits claiming to be chicken biscuits are sold by the KG at prices which when worked backwards can only mean two things – that they don’t really have chicken OR that they are made of chicken powder which is in turn made up of chicken derivatives, by product or waste. We believe that intent matters…wanting to make the right product for our dogs matters. We have therefore created a brand and products ( Biscuits , Jerky , Chews) which stands for the truth in things, for true ingredients

Understanding Of Dog Nutrition

Sarvmeet Oberoi, founder – has used his experience of being a pet parent for over 20 yrs, boarding thousands of dogs over 5.5 yrs along with his formalized dog nutrition knowledge garnered through multiple certifications (Diploma in Canine Nutrition, Certified canine trainer, Level 4 certificate in Dog care from ADL , UK and certified Pet Hotel owner from International association of professional career college, Canada) ) to create TrueTumz. The treats been created in consultation with veterinary doctors to validate the ingredients used and the nutritional efficacy of the product.
